Here's another black unicorn in snowy landscapes for you. Don't knwo what's teh matter with me, it's high summer and I'm doing this cold seasoned images.

The name Kaja refers to the unicorn (female btw), which I dubbed thus. Kaja means Jackdaw, and if you do not know what a jackdaw is, i suggest you look it up on wikipedia. It's a small small black bird o fteh crow family, I dont belive you find them outside europe really.

Mmhmm, the story; Kaja is a spirit of winter, and a guardian of sorts - when these illuminent butterflies from another season suddenly appear out of thin air, she is stumped and snorts in surprise. I wonder why they showed up there, and what it means. Kaja must be worried of course, a sthis her part of town so to speak. Any ideas for just what's going on?

critwise; another one discouraged - I've aloud myself to paint this just for teh oure joy of it, and have paid little attention to realism. The image is mine and mine alone, I've done with it as I wish, and share it with you in the hopes that it will please you.

The drawing itself did not take very long, but I've been tuning effect and color for a good while, and ended up with this warm mysterios shade that i love. You ever seen a winter sky, predawn or in late twilight? The sky takes on a hue of warm rosy brown, and when it snows it's just magical, otherworldy to me.
