Dark vulture! -
The sweetnes of the sunset
must die, screaming in terror,
before the night can spread it´s wings and fly
through horizons bleeding of beauty.

The world is wrapped
in the beating of crazy wings
in the pulse of a strange chaos.
The world has shut its eyes
behind curtains of unexplainable tears.
The air is as thick as flesh.
The song of light
drowns in the silence,
in the calmness of the eclipse
that hunts your destiny like a starving shadow.

At this dark dawn
so far from everwhere and nothingness
the sky seems to ask:
Why did you not leave?
Why did your heart make the world cry?
Why is the stars full of pain?


It's spooky how well he captured the mind of this stalion.

Third - This image started out not with Ataraxe in mind, but the impressive blood lusting winged stallion Barbaric Poetry. I don't really know who came first, Barbaric Poetry or Ataraxe, but it seems likely to me Ataraxe's spirit may have been inspired by Barbaric Poetry - Barbaric Poetry in his turn came from a text by man named Josh Kurvink, and it inspired me to create the portrait of that stallion - excerpt: "skull of vicious beauty carried high atop a thickly arched neck...braided flesh drawn taunt beneath scar-laced hide. Rabid eyes of seething honey hues gleam moodily behind the labyrinth tangle of unkempt forelock...such intriguing eyes....lupine gems that sing a soundless song of the winds between worlds." Anyways, Barbaric is probably my most lvoed artwork, I've rarely recieved so much praise, and still do, when it comes ot that picture, though I myself for long have detested the poor quality in it. No, don't say it! Don't you dare!
Back to the point - I wanted to redo it, better, with all the experience I've gained. It began well. but then... HE came alogn and ruined the idea. So Ataraxe it is.
